Certificate of compliance - this is a document confirming that a certain product safety and quality requirements that are established in regulations or standards. These documents are the state standards or technical regulations.
Today, the main and most common system of standards operating in the territory of the Russian Federation - GOST R is adopted during the Soviet period. But at the same time, thanks to the reforms taking place in Russia, aimed at harmonizing national standards may increase the competitiveness of domestic producers. Therefore, an outdated system of standardization that does not meet modern requirements, are replaced by technical regulations that govern safety issues.

Every product that has received a certificate of conformity confirms the quality and safety for the consumer and, therefore, has every right to distribute.







Certificate of state registration of the Customs Union. In connection with the termination of the issuance of sanitary-epidemiological conclusions (in accordance with effect from 01.07.2010 Customs Union Agreement on Sanitary Measures) document certifying the conformity of products of sanitary and epidemiological norms, from now on will be the state registration certificate of a customs union (PDS TC), which will be valid on the territory of the customs union of the three countries (Russia, Belarus and Kazakhstan).
