Applicant for registration may be:

• the registration of goods produced in the customs union - the producer (manufacturer) of the product;
• the registration of goods manufactured outside the customs union - the producer (manufacturer) or importer (supplier) of the product.

The applicant may appeal to the Federal Service itself or use the services of an accredited certification body.

Turnaround time of the certificate may not exceed 30 days from the date the applicant appeal.
