RTN Permit (Industrial Security)
Rostechnadzor Permit - a document certifying that the equipment requirements for industrial safety and allowing the use of certain (types) of technical devices at hazardous production facilities.
Permission to use may be issued as a single technical device, the party, and the standard size (model) number of technical devices. Also, allowed permission to use a complex technical device, in which all components perform interrelated functions in confirming compliance with all the components of the industrial safety requirements.
The term of this permit is 5 years (for a specific type of technical device), or for life (on a single technical device or a lot).
List of documents submitted by the customer (for foreign clients):
1. The statement, stamped and signed by the head of the firm.
2. Letter to the Head Rosgostehnadzora, stamped and signed by the head of the firm.
3. Data about the manufacturer
4. Product description (specifications, appearance, scope)
5. Technical documentation:
- Passport
- Design drawings of products with the specification for the material details
- Assembly instructions and installation manual
- The methodology of the control tests, resource and service life, the conditions and requirements for safe operation, maintenance procedures, repair and diagnostics.
- Minutes of the certification test with a representative Rosgostehnadzora
- Minutes of the independent foreign laboratories. ILAITS
- Information on the chemical composition and mechanical strength of materials used in the manufacture of products.
6. Certificate of Compliance to GOST R system
7. Fire Safety Certificate, a certificate of explosion
8. The certificates for parts and accessories
9. Acceptance, preservation, packaging
10. Certificate of ISO 9000
